Freedom Hotel Restaurant

Freedom Hotel Restaurant is the dining operation of Freedom Hotel Limited, a hotel on the Ho–Nyive Road in Ho, in Ghana's Volta Region. The hotel was established in September 1994 as a private enterprise with ten rooms, a restaurant and a bar, and has since grown to 80 rooms, three bars, two restaurants, three conference halls, a swimming pool and a business centre. The property sits not far from the Ho Police Training Depot, roughly five minutes' drive from Ho central market, in Ho Municipal District.

Dining is spread across two restaurants, named Lebene and Mawuli, seating 150 and 50 respectively. The kitchen prepares African, Continental, European and Chinese dishes.
